How to Order?

Ordering from WOW-NIKE.COM is simple. We accept orders online or you can send us an email at sales@wow-nike.com , our customer service representatives will reply to your request within 12 hours (Monday through Sunday). For the fastest, most convenient service, use order through the website. Your order will be submitted through our secure server and directed to our distribution center for screening and processing.

Order Online
1. Once you've found that perfect product, choose your size from the drop down list of available sizes and click to add them to your shopping cart. 
2. If you are done shopping, review your cart for any errors. A link to the shopping cart is conveniently located at the top right-hand corner of every page. If everything is correct, go ahead and click on the Checkout button below your shopping cart items.
3. Fill in your shipping information. including Full Name, Address, Email and Phone is require.
4. Once you have filled in your shipping information, The next step, please you choose the Shipping Method and Payment Method.
5. Almost there! wow-nike.com likes to keep you up to date on the status of your order. Take a moment to check your email address to receive an online order confirmation and later, once the package is shipped, we will send you a tracking number.
6. If you have any special request, put them in the Order Postscript provided.

7. Click submit to send your order to us. You'll see a confirmation page once your order has been sent that you can print for your records. Your order will usually be processed and shipped in 1 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you when the order leave our warehouse.

 
How is the Order Processed?
1. Once we receive your order, it is carefully screened before it is approved and released to our warehouse. If there is a problem, we'll notify you by email  that we need additional or corrected information. Please be aware that we are unable to process some orders due to our fraud prevention standards.
2. Once your order has been approved and you receive a confirmation in your email, the order goes to our warehouse where they reserve your shoes and ship them. wow-nike.com accepts new orders until 5 PM Pacific each weekday for shipping the same day. All orders placed after 5 PM Pacific will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Finally, EMS, USPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT and UPS picks up the day's shipments after 12 hours and tracking numbers are emailed so that you can find out where your package is. Shipping

WOW-NIKE.COM sends international orders through  EMS, USPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT and UPS. The cost for shipping is based on shipping zone and number of items in the order, and shipping time is approximately 3-7 business days to most of countries. WOW-NIKE.COM is updated daily with the latest information on sizes and styles. Occasionally, demand will exceed our inventory in a very short amount of time and a style will be backordered or out of stock. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will notify you as soon as we become aware of the situation. You can choose another size or style or request to receive a refund.
