Return Policy

WOW-NIKE.COM offers a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your delivery date if the following conditions are met:

1. Returned items must be completely new in saleable condition.
2. The original product box and accessories must be returned with the product in new and saleable condition.
3. Defective products will be accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for exchange only.
4. A return authorization number must accompany all returns and exchanges.
 
Exchange
If you are returning for exchange, please contact us by email at sales@wow-nike.com for your return authorization number and to order your exchange item. Ordering your exchange item will better ensure availability. We will refund your purchase price once we receive your return. Please provide the following information when contacting us:
1. Item number, Product Description .
2. Reason for return: defective, incorrect item, item does not meet expectations .
3. Your order number/invoice ID.
 
Refund
To return your products for a refund, please contact us by email at sales@wow-nike.com for a return authorization number  and complete the form by following the instructions.
1. Return Shipping Charges: Customer will be responsible for the any charge to ship the item back to wow-nike.com If you believe an error was made in your order, please contact Customer Service.
2. Items returned for refund: Items returned for refund that were sent with Free shipping will be refunded less the shipping cost.
3. Worn items: Worn and used items will not be accepted without a defective item return authorization. Please call if you believe your item to be defective. Items received worn or damaged will not be eligible for refund.
4. Returns must include the product box and all accessories.
 
*.Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise. Please allow as much as two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
*.We recommend using an insured parcel service such as DHL USPS or UPS for all returns. You may use the tracking number they provide to track the status of your return.
